Registering, Editing, and Deleting Companies, and Bulk Registration
You can manage the company names used by registered users. To prevent user errors when inputting information, the applicable company names are registered beforehand and users then select these from a pulldown menu.
* Available to Site Managers only.
*Administrator menu is available in Japanese and English only. If you select another language site, please log in again to the Japanese or English site.
Registering Company Names
- Click Administrator Menu from User Menu
in the upper right of the screen, then click Manage Companies.
- Click the Register New Company button, and enter the Company Name and Kana fields.
* For multilingual sites, Japanese/English setting fields are displayed, and settings for two languages can be available. If you log in to non-Japanese language sites, those set to [English] will be displayed.
- Click Verify, then Register to complete.
* A company cannot be registered if a company registered with the same name already exists.
Editing/Deleting Company Names
To edit a company name, click the company name you want to edit from the company list and update the items as desired.
To delete a company name, mouse over the company name you want to delete and click the X icon which appears, then click Delete on the Verify Company Deletion window.
* Company names attached to users will also be changed.
* Company names cannot be deleted if still assigned to any users.
Bulk Registration of Company Names
Company names can be registered and edited in bulk by importing text files. For more information, please see Importing/Exporting Lists.
