Reissuing Passwords

If you have forgotten your password, it can be reissued by following the below procedure.

1. Click the Reissue Password button on the login screen.

2. After filling in the registered email address, a password reissue notification email will be sent to that address.
3. Open that email, click the URL contained within, enter your new password when prompted and click the OK button.

* This URL will be accessible for a period of one hour from the time it was sent.

*If you reissue your password in a non-Japanese language site, you will receive an e-mail and see the reissue window in English.
