Changing Site Theme
Theme colors, front page images, and logo image can be set from the Manage Site Theme page.
* Available to Site Managers only.
* Administrator menu is available in Japanese and English only. If you select another language site, please log in again to the Japanese or English site.
- Click Administrator Menu from User Menu
in the upper right of the screen, then click Manage Site Theme.
- Basically, the following three items can be changed.
- Theme: Changes the site’s colors.
- Logo Image: Changes the logo image displayed on the site. Display area is 278 x 100 pixel, supports JPEG, GIF, and PNG formats.
- Front Image: Changes the image displayed on the login page. Display area is 1300 x 900 pixel, supports JPEG, GIF, and PNG formats.
* The front page image will be automatically adjusted to match the resolution of the user’s screen and display area of the browser. There may be cases where the specified image cannot be displayed in its entirety.
* If the site is using Solution Link, items to set the link will be displayed besides the above three items. Please refer to Setting Solution Link for details.
- Select the desired theme, or specify the logo/front image using Select File, then click Apply.
* Changes will be reflected upon next login.
【For Workspace user】
You can set up each site theme for both library site and workspace site. Please see step 3 above for instructions on how to select workspace theme.
*If you are not workspace user, “Workspace” option will not be shown in each theme.
